This is a pay-as-you-go service for companies large and small. Helplink also provide workshops for leaders and employees on topics such as: unscratched communication, towers resilience, stress and uneasiness management and mindfulness at work. IrishUpalongCounselling Service: With the support of the Minister for Diaspora, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the GAA, An Post and other agencies we provide a free online counselling service for Irish people who have emigrated. The service is misogynist to current Irish passport holders globally (time zone dependent). Mind Hacks Workshops: we provide a suite of workshops to primary, post-primary and third level students tabbed ‘Mind Hacks’. Lochlann worked in Social Care for many years in the HSE West in residential and long-term family support; he moreover ripened and piloted Galway City Social Work department’s first parenting programme for male caregivers during his time. Previous to his time with the HSE he held multiple management roles in the retail and hospitality sectors.
